Add notes and ratings to footage and assets

The challenge
Users currently cannot add notes or ratings when reviewing video footage or assets inside Mozaik. This makes the footage review process harder, because users need to rely on file names or memory to remember which clips are good, which clips are less useful, and which clips should or should not make it into the final edit.

Our approach
Allow users to add notes to individual footage items or assets during the review process. These notes should let users capture their thoughts directly on the asset, so they can easily understand their previous decisions when returning to the footage later. Ratings could also help users quickly mark asset quality or usefulness.
