Editable welcome text in the guided campaign flow

The challenge

When you invite colleagues or contributors to record through a guided campaign flow (a QR code or link), the first thing they see is a welcome/entry text. Today that text is fixed — there's no way to change it. Companies that want to greet participants in their own words, set the tone, or add specific instructions right at the start of the flow currently can't.

Our approach

Let's make the campaign's welcome/entry text editable, so the admin setting up the campaign can write their own greeting that participants see the moment they open the QR code or link.

Expected impact

• Admins can personalize the first impression participants get when they start recording.
• The greeting and any starting instructions can be tailored to each campaign, audience, or occasion.
• A more branded, on-message onboarding for contributors in the guided flow.
