Inline clip editing in the main editor view

The challenge

Users currently need to switch windows or contexts when editing specific footage or clips. Actions like trimming, cropping, or applying audio effects require users to leave the main editor experience and work in a separate editing window. This slows down navigation and interrupts the editing workflow.

Our approach

Move clip and footage editing into the main editor window as an inline experience. Users should be able to trim, crop, and apply audio effects directly inside the main editor view without changing context.
