Leave time-stamped feedback comments directly on your video

The challenge

Today there's no way to leave feedback tied to a specific point in a video inside Mozaik. To flag a change at an exact moment, reviewers either describe it in words somewhere else or fall back on a workaround: export an interim cut and upload it to an external tool just to collect notes. That's slow, it breaks the workflow, and it's easy to lose track of which notes have already been addressed. Teams who know this from Frame.io or Vimeo Review expect it as a standard part of reviewing a video.

Our approach

Add time-stamped commenting to the video player, so anyone reviewing a project can click a moment in the video and leave a comment pinned to that exact minute and second. Comments are collected in a review panel, clicking one jumps the playhead to its spot, and each can be marked as resolved once the correction is done — so it's always clear what's still open.

Integration with Vimeo Review

Some teams already run their review process in Vimeo Review and would like Mozaik to connect to it rather than replace it. We'll also explore a direct integration so feedback captured there flows back into the project.
