Organize projects and templates into folders

The challenge

Today, projects and templates appear as a flat grid of tiles with no way to group them. Once a workspace builds up 20+ finished videos, that overview quickly becomes cluttered and hard to navigate. It's especially painful for teams who share one account: several people work side by side in the same workspace and need a common structure to keep each other's work findable — for example when every team member maintains their own personalized video and the list keeps growing. Users tell us the product itself is simple to understand and use, but the moment they hit this crowded overview they lose their orientation.

Our approach

Introduce folders (grouping) in both the project and the template areas, so users can sort their projects and templates into a structure that fits how their team works — and quickly find the right one instead of scrolling through a long grid of tiles.
