Campaigns collect recordings from many people at once through a single shareable link — the fastest way to gather footage at scale.

A campaign collects video from many people at once. You share one link, everyone who opens it records and submits, and each submission lands as its own project in Mozaik. It's how you gather footage at scale — testimonials, employee intros, event clips, and other repeatable formats.
Campaign or guest invitation?
Both let people record for you, but they're different tools. A campaign link is reusable: send it to a whole team, channel, or page, and any number of people can record through it. A guest invitation is for a single person and works once. Reach for a campaign when you're collecting from many; use a guest invitation for a one-off ask.
Create a campaign
In the web app, open Campaigns and click Create new campaign. Then:
- Name the campaign.
- Choose a template — everyone who records through the link starts a new project from this template, so every submission shares the same structure and branding.
- Set additional options — turn the consent request on or off, and check that recording in the browser is active.
Then Save and copy link and share it however you like.
What contributors do
When someone opens the campaign link, they join as a guest and record straight in the browser — no account or install needed. Their recording comes back to you as a new project, ready to edit or automate.
Good to know: You can guide everyone who contributes to a campaign. On the template the campaign is built on, each recording scene can carry a briefing, a recording duration (a minimum and maximum length), and other context in its shot settings — so every contributor gets the same clear instructions when they record.
Track submissions
The Campaigns list shows each campaign's name, its template, the number of created projects, and when it was created — so you can watch submissions roll in at a glance.
Why campaigns power volume
Good to know: Because every submission arrives as a project built on the same template, campaigns feed straight into your pipeline. Apply automatic branding, editing, and captions across all of them, and turn a flood of raw recordings into finished, on-brand videos with almost no manual work.
