When your video is ready, you don't have to download a file and attach it to share it. Every finished project gets a video link that opens a clean Video Page — an on-brand player anyone can watch in their browser. It's the fastest way to hand off videos when your team is shipping a lot of them.
Copy your video link
Open a finished (Complete) project from Projects to open its preview window. On the right, the Share this video panel gives you three options: Copy video link, Download video and Embed video.
Click Copy video link to open the Share video link view. There you'll find the link to your video with a Copy button — copy it and paste it into an email, a chat, or anywhere else you share. Use the Page preview link to open the Video Page yourself first and see exactly what recipients will get.
Good to know: The Video Page opens in any browser. Recipients don't need a Mozaik account or app to watch — they just click the link.
What recipients see
Opening the link takes anyone straight to the Video Page. By default it's deliberately clean:
- The video player, centered and ready to play.
- A small "Video created with Mozaik" mark in the corner.
That keeps the video itself the focus. You can turn on extra elements — a title, a description, a button — if you want the page to do more.
Customize the Video Page
In the Share video link view, expand Options for the video website to change what the page shows. The available toggles are:
- Allow download — let viewers download the video straight from the page. Off by default.
- Own title — show your own title on the page.
- Own description — add a description below the video.
- Button with link — add a call-to-action button that links wherever you choose.
- Show Mozaik branding — show or hide the "Video created with Mozaik" mark. On by default.
Good to know: These options only change how the page presents your video. They don't touch the finished video itself, so you can adjust the page as often as you like.
Other ways to share
Prefer to send a file, or want the video on your own website? The same Share this video panel also offers Download video (save it as an MP4) and Embed video (a snippet for your site). Both have their own articles.
